Assess Your Team’s Effectiveness

You can obtain an assessment of your team’s effectiveness by asking each your team members to complete a confidential, on-line survey. It takes about 10 to 12 minutes to complete.

We will then contact you to collect email addressees of your team members. We will send each of them a unique URL for the confidential survey. After completion, we will generate a comprehensive report and a set of graphical results that describe how your team is operating and how it compares with other teams in our large data base. It will also include specific suggestions for how you can enhance your team’s effectiveness.

We will provide your team leader or your facilitator with a detailed briefing on how to use the results and how to share them with your team.
